Symbian: Network access is wrong

    Description

      If no sim card inserted in the phone, Anomaly/OpenStreetMap/Flight Info/Weather Info will not get network access, and there is no any dialog asked for WLAN connection.
      If sim card inserted, above apps only asked for connecting to operator network, no WLAN options.
