Make the print dialog to platform interface

      The most OS have a native print dialogs, it like the file chooser dialog, maybe the QPlatformTheme should support the print dialogs by the "createPlatformDialogHelper".

      If we do this, the QtQuick application can also use it, which can make it no longer dependent on QtWidgets.
