Use the following test plan: * : select the ENT online plan

Uncheck: Activity (results over time)  and Progress and remaining estimate/forecast 

Report options->TEST: Maximum number of tests to display: select all/maximum number

Add columns: Defects (width 0), References (width: default,125), Version (width 0)

This report can be accessed by: Everyone (with project access)

Check 'Do not include links'
