qdoc: Add support for multiple since statements in a shared comment block

As qdoc supports multiple C++/QML topic commands (\fn, \qmlproperty, \qmlmethod etc) occupying a shared /*! .. */ documentation comment block, we should also have a way to apply a \since version for each individual function/property.
