All gui control used QTextLayout::drawCursor can not set cursor color

    Description

      Since the https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtbase/+/148563 has merged, the developer can not  set cursor color to QLineEdit, QPlainTextEdit,QTextEdit. etc.

      It is necessary to enbale setting cursor color for developer.
