FolderListModel returns lowercase drive letter on Windows

    Description

      This causes the need for workarounds in things like FileDialog and FolderDialog, as we take a QUrl from the path, and when comparing it against paths from e.g. QDir, the comparison will fail because of a single difference between "C:" and "c:".
