FileDialog dropdown menu does not fit to screen and its background is wrong

1. Launch SaxBookmarks from fluidlauncher
2. Select bottommost textedit field, and clear all text from it (Precc C once, if there is no text)

-> Dropdown menu as shown in Shot(10).png does not fit to screen and background of dropdown menu should probably be something different to make it better separated from softkeys. In addition the dropdown menu will get dimmed Shot(11).png if global note is shown when drop-down menu is open (You can open global menu for example by opening power menu)
