Create a blog post about the benefits of using the new bindable properties

There was blog post about the bindable properties in Qt 6, but it's now outdated, since some key parts have changed since then (e.g. lazy evaluation isn't used anymore). Write a new blog post, which will give an update on the latest state and show the benefits of using the bindable properties. The blog post can be based on the bindable properties example.
