Description
The instructions on this page do not work.
[Qt for Windows - Building from Source | Qt 5.15|https://doc-snapshots.qt.io/qt5-5.15/windows-building.html]
I get to step 4 and get errors.
C:\Users\james\qt5>configure -debug -nomake examples -nomake tests -skip qtwebengine -opensource
C:\Users\james\qt5\qtbase\configure.bat not found. Did you forget to run "init-repository"?
There is nothing in the instructions about running init-repository. I don't know what that is.
There seems to be multiple and conflicting instructions for installing floating around. None of them seem to work, although I did give up on the last one I tried after installing 6 different tools, creating two different accounts, and then finding a requirement to previously having to have created a public key. Is there a simple, easy to follow, set of instructions? Or workable binaries and source code for windows?
