Some Qt Quick and Qt Quick Controls tests not being run in CI

While looking through CI logs recently (just the latest integration at the time: https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/359920/3#message-7f4dde8dd202db80c93d422483ceb0275edbdc09), I noticed that every Ubuntu test log I looked at hadn't run tests for Qt Quick Controls; e.g. https://testresults.qt.io/coin/api/results/qt/qtdeclarative/9e720f2a981fd9a1eae44ed131d0f253349dca82/LinuxUbuntu_20_04x86_64LinuxUbuntu_20_04x86_64GCCqtci-linux-Ubuntu-20.04-x86_64-50-ccc297Sccache/645af42058ae36957ad29679a9834d6c03821a2d/test_1626351387/log.txt.gz.

I also noticed that most Qt Quick Tests were also not tested; e.g. tst_qquickitem.

On this particular macos configuration, it looks like all Qt Quick tests were run, but still no Controls tests:
