wasm: when moving a window on a Mac, high DPI, Chrome, placement is wrong

      This happens when running on the chrome browser on an Apple Mac platform with a high DPI display.

      Other browsers on high DPI are ok. Chrome on "normal" DPI is ok to.

      When moving a window such as the widget gallery example, the window coordinates do not follow the pointer.
