File issue to CMake bug tracker regarding transitive dependencies not being considered for rpath-link generation

    Description

      Make a small project that reproduces the issue that happened at QTBUG-99275 and file that to CMake's bug tracker. Hopefully it's a bug, and not a misunderstood behavior.
