Qml Timer triggers way to fast (factor >2)

      Timers in Qml emit triggered signal way to fast, not even closely matching the speficied interval. Seems of by a factor larger than 2 often times.

      Eg. Interval: 5000 -> triggers after around 2 secs.

      The larger the interval the larger the offset gets.
