Both touch and pen touch the screen. When the pen leaves the screen first, there is no QEvent::TabletRelease event.

      Both touch and pen touch the screen. If the pen leaves the screen first, the widget will not receive the QEvent::TabletRelease event.
      I have added my test demo and log to the attachment.
