Forward user-defined cache variables to the Android external projects

Need to forward all cache variables that are defined by user to the Android external projects since otherwise the configuration of the external project will differ. Currently only Qt specific and most significant cache variables are forwarded. We may add the API that collects list of variables that needs to be taken into account and forwarded if specified.
