Qt Creator QSpinbox值乱码

      Windows系统下，系统语言设置，区域格式改为 中文（简体汉字，澳门特别行政区）
      Qt Creator自身 和 开发程序中的 QSpinbox类 的值显示都是乱码（也可能是其它字符集，反正不是阿拉伯数字）

      English translation (google):

      Under the Windows system, if the system language setting, the regional format is changed to Chinese (Simplified Chinese characters, Macao Special Administrative Region), then  the value display of Qt Creator itself and the QSpinbox class in the development program is garbled (it may also be another character set, not Arabic numerals anyway)
