Save File As intermittently shows incomplete dialog

    Description

      When invoking "Save xxxx As", the "Save File As" dialog appears.

      Sometimes this dialog is correct and complete, sometimes the top is clipped and you can't see the file name. I found that if I repeatedly did SHIFT-CMD-S then Cancel, the dialog appeared incorrectly about 50% of the time.
