[REG] QT_HOST_BINS, QT_HOST_LIBEXECS and QT_HOST_LIBS have extra 'bin' in path

      Install Qt6.3.0 binaries, gcc_64 used in report. Run qmake -query and see output. Values QT_HOST_BINS, QT_HOST_LIBEXECS and QT_HOST_LIBS have extra 'bin' in path:

      QT_HOST_BINS:<installdir>/Qt_6.3.0/6.3.0/gcc_64/bin/bin
      QT_HOST_LIBEXECS:<installdir>/Qt_6.3.0/6.3.0/gcc_64/bin/libexec
      QT_HOST_LIBS:<installdir>/Qt_6.3.0/6.3.0/gcc_64/bin/lib

      Latest test done with 1b1005038b367af7804094ae5fee4a77bf92884b and was correct then.

      Reproduces in all platforms.
