qt webengine requires python2 to build

    Description

      Because python2 is no longer supported, Linux distributions are starting to drop it.  RHEL9 and CentOS Stream 9 are the first that I know of that no longer have python2 in them.

      All the other qt6 packages will build without python2, but not qtwebengine.

      Please make qtwebengine buildable using python3 only.
