Bluetooth RFComm [Inbound] connection issue with Monterey

    Description

      The "pingpong" QtConnectivity example application does not work when the macOS is set in the server role. The same happens when using Linux or Android as the pingpong client. When the macOS is in client role it works.

      The pingpong service on macOS is discovered, but when the client tries to connect the bluetooth socket to it, it fails. The macOS logs show following errors:

      [CoreBluetooth] WARNING: Unknown error: 431
[CoreBluetooth] WARNING: Unknown error: 431
...

      The macOS used is 12.2-beta (Intel machine).
