Clean up for splash screen handling in Android

    Description

      The current Qt for Android allows setting splash screen using both an imageViewer way and the android theme way through xml layouts. The old image viewer way might now be removed as it can be covered by the themes method and also it can produce splash screens with graphical limitations, like incorrectly stretched images.
