Loader can sometimes instantiate extra object

    Description

      Attached example causes duplicate of the loaded component to be instantiated (resize wider to see the other). sourceComponent seems to be re-evaluated due to binding on width which seems to be causing this.

      Also if asynchronous property is set, it also outputs this on exit:

      "There are still \"1\" items in the process of being created at engine destruction."
