QTableView constantly fighting whether the scrollbar should be visible or not

Attached example has issue on macOS where it seems to go into a re-layouting loop whether the text in table should be wrapped or not. It causes it to be constantly toggling visibility of the scrollbar. This also causes the UI to become sluggish and unresponsive.

This probably reproduces on other platforms too if the window size is adjusted just right, but I couldn't make it reproduce it elsewhere.
