    Description

      AssetUtils.RuntimeLoader requires the source url to be both absolute path and to have the "file:" schema. This is not in line with other types that require url, e.g. Loader3D, which allows both relative paths and paths without "file:" schema.

      There is no point in adding designer support for this type until this is fixed.
