python dumpers are not python3 compatible

      GDB on the upcomming Ubuntu 13.10 is linked with python3. Unfortunately the python dumpers are not python3 compatible.

      I have atache a couple of patches making the dumpers more python3-friendly. It does work on python2 but not on python3 though.
