Regression: Can't add "Custom Executable"

      Qt 4.8.5

      1. Open a Qt GUI Application project.
      2. Go to Run settings of a configured kit in Projects mode.
      3. Try adding a "Custom Executable" run configuration.
        You can't. The drop down menu doesn't show the option:

      This problem seems to exist only if Creator was built on Qt 4.8.5, which Qt 5 everything seems to work fine. Both builds should behave in the same way.

      Found by Squish test tst_qtquick_creation.
