Full-screen window state should not be saved

      Qt Creator saves the window state (full-screen) on exit. Not only is that different from Mac applications, it looks weird when creator starts and freezes to load a big .pro file: in that case the full-screen window is drawn with the non-full-screen version on top. Of course, things clean up when creator unfreezes.
