Importing build directory misses "CONFIG+=release"

      Both configured without any switches regarding debug or release

      1. Open a Qt Gui Application project.
      2. Let Creator generate an out of source release build of the project.
      3. Close the project.
      4. Delete the .pro.user file from the project's directory.
      5. Open the project and import the directory used in step 2 as its build directory.
        Creator will identify the build as a debug build.
      6. Go to Projects mode, Build settings.
        Creator displays a warning that "An incompatible build exists". This is the release build from step 2.

      Creator should decide correctly whether an existing build was done in debug or release mode
