All menu items disabled after continuing debugging without debugging helpers on Mac

Steps to reproduce:

• create simple Qt application, use a kit with Qt4 and gdb
• have no old debugging helpers, start debugging
• wait for message box stating 'The debugger could not load the debugging helper library.' and hit 'Continue Anyway'

Current result:

• from now on all menu items are disabled and Creator cannot be closed (except from Dock/Activity Monitor or via kill)

Expected result:

• menu items are available when modal dialog is closed
