Mac: Line numbers and folding markers do not align with the actual text lines when the font size is not 12pt

    Description

      When using font size other than 12pt for the text editor, the line numbers and folding markers do not align with the actual text lines.

      1. In preferences. set Text Editor to use Monaco 11 pt font. Also enable display of line numbers and folding markers.
      2. Open a source file that is more than a page long.
      3. Note that the line numbers and folding markers progress faster than the actual text. Move the text cursor to line 55, for example, the line number next to it is 58.

      This also cause the scrollbar to calculate the page length wrong. Making it impossible to scroll to the end of files.
