"Build&Run" and "BlackBerry" Options pages are very connected and there are some issues related to it:

1) Open Options page
2) Open "Build&Run -> Kit" page
3) Open "BlackBerry" page
4) Note assuming that you have 2 or more BB NDK Target and some of them are not activate.
5) Activate one of the deactivated ones.
6) Press OK
7) Open Options page again
8) Open "Build&Run -> Kit" page and select the newly created kits

Expected behavior:
Kits are setup correctly.

Actual behavior:
Kits are not having debugger assigned.
