    Description

      The mouse wheel displacement is extremely low in the issues panel when there's a lot of issues. It's almost unusable and I have to use the scroll bar. Actually I have to turn my wheel a lot to get a really small scrolling in the Issue panel.

      It's seems to be OK in the other panels.
