No visual feedback when creating AVD

      1. Create a project and configure it for an Android kit.
      2. Unconnect all Android devices.
      3. Click the "Run" button.
        The "Select Android Device" dialog will show up.
      4. Click "Create Android Virtual Device".
      5. Enter reasonable data and click "OK".
        An "Android Virtual Device" is being created in the background. While this is happening you see the "Select Android Device" dialog and don't get a feedback what is going on.

      Creator should show something that tells the user that the AVD is currently being created.
