Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. create a new Qt Quick 2 project (the basic "hello world")
2. Open QML profiler
3. Start the application and make sure data is collected (red button is on)
4. Stop data collection by pressing the button
5. Close the hello world example application
6. Restart the application (using the small green arrow in the profiler view), but don't restart the data collection at first
7. After some seconds, start the data collection by reactivating the red button
8. Stop the data collection by pressing the red button again
=> bang. Obviously it's an infinite recursion, see attached stack trace
