Not Evaluated - Log in as a "Standard User", not an Administrator.
- Start installing a package of Creator, using defaults. I used http://qt-rnd.it.local/packages/qtcreator_jenkins/opensource/qtcreator/2013-11-12_40/qt-creator-windows-opensource-3.0.0-pre-rc.exe
The progress bar appears. At 1% an error message pops up: "Error: Operation SetPluginPathOnQtCore does not exist" - Click "Ignore".
Next message box: "Error: Operation SetImportsPathOnQtCore does not exist" - Click "Ignore".
The installer will process and then ask for admin privileges.
As you told me, these operations should not be used anymore.
