Cannot uninstall NDKs <10.2 from BlackBerry options page

When clicking "Remove" on the BlackBerry options page, and confirming the question to uninstall the NDK, the uninstallation process is launched. This process never seems to return though, so you cannot continue.

This was tested by uninstalling a 10.0.9 NDK. It ran for about an hour, and nothing happened.

Uninstalling a 10.2 NDK seems to work fine.
