Jom fails to handle include files correctly

Using both stable and experimental binaries for jom on Windows, it fails as a replacement for nmake when building Ghostscript.

Ghostscript is a bit of a torture test for nmake, with many includes.

I understand this may not be a priority for you as jom probably works sufficiently for your purposes, but as a general purpose tool, it has great potential, and I'd love to see it work with Ghostscript.
