Creator crashes when removing an AVD a second time

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      • have the Android sdk/ndk set up and at least one AVD
      • select one of the AVDs
      • hit Remove
      • Remove button stays enabled - if hit again, Creator crashes
      • same applies for the Start button - stays enabled, if hit Creator crashes
