IOS plugin: Qt Quick Controls not deployed in the app bundle

• Create a new Qt Quick 2 project
• Create the project with "Qt Quick Controls 1.0"
• Build and run the Hello World app
  => It fails with message:

  QML debugging is enabled. Only use this in a safe environment.
  file:///Users/caroline/Library/Application Support/iPhone Simulator/7.0.3/Applications/F150F8F6-1B0E-4324-B700-E4403EF29957/Resources/qml/ios_4/main.qml:-1 File not found
  
  QQmlComponent: Component is not ready
  Error: Your root item has to be a Window.
  

Looking into the Package Content, the "Controls" (and "Layouts") folder are not deployed inside xxx.app/qt_qml/QtQuick folder.

Note: Qt Quick 2 project works fine.
