Qt5.2.0 RC1: qtcreator.exe does not start on Win7 VirtualMachine environment

    Description

      Bug occured on RTA (release test automation) environment: Windows 7 virtual machine (32bit or 64bit), VMWare (Jenkins build machine).
      Download and install the latest Qt5.2.0 RC1 opensource MSVC2010 angle installer (build number 166).
      Try to start the qtcreator.exe from /Tools/QtCreator/bin.
      --> qtcreator.exe is not launched. It can only launched with a command line option -noload Welcome.
      Attachment: log from depends.exe profiling.
