Default Session's actions at Qt Creator start page should be available

    Description

      Duplication of 'default' session is available under "File -> Manage Sessions..." menu, but cannot be done at Start Page as could be for any other session. It would be very useful to do it from Start Page rather than from 'Manage Sessions' dialog.
