Need to restart Creator before I can "Start Android AVD Manager"

      1. Remove Creator's settings from %APPDATA%.
      2. Start Creator.
      3. In "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Android", fill out "Android SDK location" and "JDK location".
      4. Click "Apply".
      5. Click "Start Android AVD Manager".
        Nothing happens.
      6. Restart Creator.
      7. In "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Android", click "Start Android AVD Manager".
        The Android Virtual Device Manager starts up.

      I think Creator should be able to start the Android Virtual Device Manager after step 3 or 4. I don't see why a restart would be required.
