      Package qt-windows-opensource-5.2.0-rc1-android-x86-win32-offline_2013-11-27_11-26-05-177.exe

      1. Remove Creator's settings from %APPDATA%.
      2. Start Creator.
      3. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Android".
      4. The button "Start Android AVD Manager" is disabled.
        Okay, missing data, no problem.
      5. Fill out "Android SDK location".
        The button is being enabled.
      6. Click "Start Android AVD Manager".
        Nothing happens.
      7. Click "Apply" and restart Creator.
Just to make sure QTCREATORBUG-10936 doesn't get in the way.
      8. In "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Android", click "Start Android AVD Manager".
        Nothing happens.
      9. Fill out "JDK location".
      10. Click "Apply" and restart Creator.
Now QTCREATORBUG-10936 would really get in the way.
      11. In "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Android", click "Start Android AVD Manager".
The Android Virtual Device Manager starts up.

Obviously, Creator needs to know a JDK location. If this is not provided in the Options dialog and Creator can't get it from anywhere else either, the button should be disabled.
