1. Go to "Tools" -> "Options..." -> "Build & Run" -> "Debuggers".
2. Make sure you have at least two debuggers set up.
3. Click on one of the debugger settings and change its name or path.
4. Click on a different debugger setting.
   The font of the first setting turns bold which indicates the changes you made.
5. Click on the setting from step 3 again.
6. Click on a different debugger setting.
   The font of the first setting turns to normal again. There's no more indicator that changes were made.

The settings themselves are fine but the bold font should stay until the user closes the dialog or presses "Apply" which makes the changed settings the new set of saved settings.
