    Description

      To reproduce:

      • Installed debugger is "extracted from Mingw32-kit"
      • In settings dialog, click on debugger, note: SOFT ASSERT: "sitem" in file .\debuggeritemmodel.cpp, line 150
      • Add new debugger, choose path, point to gdb from MinGW 64bit bit
      • Go to some MinGW kit, select that debugger
      • Select "Attach to running process", select that kit, Press "Attach"

      Message box: Unable to create a debugger engine of the type 'No engine'

      and asserts:

      SOFT ASSERT: "d->m_engine" in file .\debuggerrunner.cpp, line 174
      SOFT ASSERT: "d->m_engine" in file .\debuggerrunner.cpp, line 191
      
      • Shake fists, quit creator, restart:

      Unknown debugger id {48ba7085-effa-4fda-a4d9-6478f472fc31} in kit Qt 5.1.2 (qt-m
      ingw64)
      
      • Open tools dialog, find that new debugger is gone.
