Ask to reload externally modified file only when file's editor is/becomes visible

    Description

      I keep intermediate compiler files open in QC. These files are quite large and reloading can take several seconds.
      Every time i re-build, QC will reload all of those files, which can lock QC for quite some time.
      Instead i'd rather like it to mark the file as externally modified and ask me whether it should reload it when i move to the respective editor tab.
