When two items overlap in the QML designer and have the same Z value then clicking on one can end up selecting the other

When two items overlap in the QML designer and have the same Z value then clicking on one can end up selecting the other. With the attached QML in the QML designer, click on the black rectangle and the listview which is underneath will be selected. If the black rectangle has a Z value of 1 then it works correctly.
