Allow placeholders in Qt version and Kit names

When using the Qt version coming with the distribution or from a git repository which regularly get updated to new versions you have to manually update the names of the Qt version and the corresponding Kit.

It would be nice to be able to use placeholders in the names.
E.g.

Qt %{qtversion}
