Debug Breakpoints Last for Only 1 Debug

      Everytime I put a breakpoint and run debug, the breakpoint works for that run.
      Subsequently, if I run debug again, the breakpoint (still visible in qt creator) is no longer effective and is skipped.
      All newly created breakpoints only last for 1 debug run.
