Qt Creator does not allow to automatically change a class name after it is created.

      Qt Creator does not allow to automatically change a class name after it is created.
      As far a i know, we have to change it manually, including the filenames.
      It would be nice to have an option like "Rename class as ..." and have the IDE performing all the find and replace automatically, changing the filenames and even searching the all project for it's usage!
